My research examines how generative AI shapes human cognition, learning, and behavior in organizational settings. I am interested in both the psychological processes involved in working with AI and the organizational conditions that influence how these technologies are adopted and used.
Current main project The psychological impact of AI in organizations
A multi-study research project on how working with AI affects people psychologically in real organizational settings — moving from in-depth qualitative insight to the experience of AI use as it happens in everyday work.
